The wait is over. Yesterday at the FlashForward 2000 conference in New York the CEO of Macromedia announced Flash 5. The feature set reads like a web designers Christmas list:
• Shared Symbol libraries
• Smart clips (widgets)
• XML & HTML I/O
• Actionscript Movie Explorer
• and finally a real-time Debugger!
